Complete Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct Federal Income tax from your pay. Consider completing a new W-4 each year and when your personal or financial situation changes.
The purpose of this form is to document that each NEW employee (both citizen and non citizen) hired after November 6, 1986, is authorized to work in the United States.
Use the 2848 form to authorize an individual to represent you before the IRS. The individual you authorize must be a person eligible to practice before the IRS.
Form 8655 is used to authorize a reporting agent to:
Sign and file certain returns, make deposits and payments for certain returns and receive duplicate copies of tax information.
Form 8821 authorizes any individual, corporation, firm, organization, or partnership you designate to inspect and/or receive confidential information in any office of the IRS for the type of tax and the years or periods you list on Form 8821.
